All That Jazz!

My mom was in the city with me for a couple of days, and we wanted to see a show. It was between the revival of West Side Story or Chicago, but she's never seen Chicago so that's what we saw! It's one of my favorite shows, I want to be in it someday! <3

We also went to the Met. I haven't been there in forever! They had this fabulous exhibit of rooms from the 1700's, including rooms from hotels and palaces in France. They remind me of Marie Antoinette, it was so lovely! We also ate lunch of the steps of the Met... Gossip Girl!

Sunrise

Yesterday we saw this play called Crazy For You in this little theater in Rhode Island. It's by Gershwin and it's basically a whole bunch of songs from other plays. It was really interesting, though! I loved all of the dancing.
By the time we got back home, we saw some late night fireworks over the river, and I met up with a few old friends, and we had some interesting adventures, dealing with binoculars and underwear and getting lost...
I headed home with another friend really late, but while we were walking, we heard birds singing, so we decided to go down to the Park and watch the sunrise. I just love sunrises, especially in Central Park! I think they're so much better than sunsets!
